Jake D. Long is an American actor, martial artist, and swordmaster from Los Angeles, CA. His performance style combines European, Japanese and Filipino swordplay for the stage and screen, which he trains with Hollywood legend Maestro Anthony DeLongis. Jake was trained in Theater Arts at UC Santa Barbara, and also studied Meisner technique with American actor Jeffrey Meek before studying Michael Chekhov technique with Director Nikolai Guzov from the Russian Academy of Dramatic Arts. His acting philosophy focuses on the direct parallels between Asian martial arts and the art of acting both for the stage and the screen.
